STEP 1

Contact us by clicking the "Get in Touch" button. 

Email us your basic requirements and we will contact you to discuss further.

STEP 2

Having discussed all your requirements in full, our team will then get to work on your tailor made touring proposal.


You will receive a full proposal with Hotel and destination information, a provisional itinerary, services provided and a price. All of our tours are completely tailor made, so if you have any queries or would like any alterations made, all you have to do is let us know and we can try to make it happen.

STEP 3

Once you are happy with the tour/training camp, you know the confirmed number of travellers and want to confirm, you will then be required inform us.


From here we will collate all the information in to a service level agreement which will be sent to you for you to sign immediately. 


The service level agreement will consist of all services provided, terms and conditions and a payment plan.


Our payment plans are designed around our client's requirements.


But a general payment plan is as follows:

* 25% deposit within 14 days of booking confirmation/Service level agreement signed.

* 25% within 16 weeks of departure

* 25% within 12 weeks of departure

* Final balance within 8 weeks of departure

The above payment plan is a guide and we always endeavour to work with our clients on the best payment strategy for their club.

Your service level agreement will be sent to you via “AdobeSign". This method is an extremely easy way of signing important documents. By simply clicking the required field on the document once you are satisfied with all information provided, this will then be sent back to us, confirming your tour.

From here we will send you the following documents:​

  • Passport List Template

  • Rooming List Template

  • Team Details Form

You will be informed of the dates in which we need to receive all the relevant information in your service level agreement.

STEP 4

This is where we take over! Our staff will begin to build your itinerary, keeping you updated every step of the way.. We take great care in ensuring that your fixtures are suited appropriately whilst on tour, therefore we will discuss the level of your teams with you in detail, and will even be able to travel to watch one of your fixtures, in order for us to see first hand the level of your team.

You will receive your final itinerary and any other required documents 3 weeks prior to your tour/training camp.


From here all you have to do is sit back and look forward to it.


* If you are travelling abroad, a senior staff staff member will meet you at the airport when you land in the UK.

* If based in the UK and travelling by coach, a senior staff member will be onboard the coach to collect you are the team.
