The ProChance Football Project is a funded English football project

ProChance has pioneered the Hybrid Performance Programme which forms part of the ProChance concept and is one of a number of projects designed to help young people.

The Hybrid Performance Programme has two revolving squads of unsigned players at under-17 and under-20 and is operated with the intention of helping players earn a contract at a professional club. The academy is based at St Georges Park National Football Centre.

The squads are made up of players scouted in the UK and certain overseas territories. These players are then drafted to the squad through an assessment and analysis process.

The ProChance Football Programme specialises [but not exclusively] in working with late developers and players who may have been released at 16 or 18 years old from a professional football club

From its inception in July 2019, the programme has gone from strength to strength listing partners and sponsors such as FourFourTwo

Since September 2020, the programme has helped players progress into the professional game such as

Evander Grubb signed with Huddersfield Town

Charlie Bullock with Newport County

and Brandon Njoku with Cambridge United

The under-17 squad regularly plays televised showcase matches often netting circa a 5,000 strong viewing audience facing teams like Huddersfield Town Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday and many more per season hosted at St George's Park National Football Centre.

The under-20 squad regularly sees this group travel to take on Europe's elite clubs in showcase games around the UK and Europe in search of a professional contract. The under-20 squad is also based at the world famous St George's Park National Football Centre.

The only way into the ProChance Hybrid Performance Programme is through the ProChance scouting network, attending an assessment day trial and performing in a showcase game vs a professional club.
